Custom work usually can't be returned — which is exactly why the guarantee sits before you pay, not after.
At the proof stage. Before anything prints you get a full-resolution proof. If the likeness is off, the color is wrong, or you want the crop changed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll redo it. Printing waits until you've seen the new proof.
After it arrives. If the finished piece doesn't match the proof, or it was damaged in transit, we remake and reship it free. No return needed.
Changed your mind? Each canvas is made for you, so we don't take returns for a change of mind — which is why you get the proof, and 24 hours to change or cancel, before anything prints.
