Custom work usually can't be returned — which is exactly why the guarantee sits before you pay, not after.
At the proof stage. Before anything prints you get a full-resolution proof. If the likeness is off, the colour is wrong, or you want the crop changed, tell us and we'll redo it. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
After it arrives. If the finished piece doesn't match the proof you approved, or it was damaged in transit, we remake and reship it free. No return needed.
Ready-made wall art. Non-custom catalogue pieces can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, return shipping on us.
