What we do with your photo.
It makes your painting. That's it. The original is deleted after 30 days.
By uploading you confirm the photo is yours, or that you have permission from whoever took it and from the people in it. Please don't upload someone else's copyrighted work, or photos of people who haven't agreed to it.
We do not train models on your photo, do not sell or share it with advertisers, and will not use your finished artwork in our own marketing without asking you first in writing.
If anyone in the photo is under 18, only their parent or legal guardian may upload it. We ask you to confirm that on the upload screen before anything is painted, and we keep a record of that confirmation with the order. If you are not that child's parent or guardian, please ask the person who is to place the order themselves.
We don't accept nudity, sexualised imagery, or anything that looks intended to harm someone — both automated checks and a person review uploads, and we will cancel and refund an order rather than make something we shouldn't.
Originals and intermediate files are deleted 30 days after delivery. The finished print file is kept for 12 months so we can reprint; ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
